Returns
We accept returns within the following timeframes:
United Kingdom: Within 14 days of delivery
International: Within 21 days of delivery
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition:
Unworn and unwashed
With all original tags attached
Dust bag included for denim orders
Free from marks, fragrance, or any signs of wear
All returns are subject to inspection. Kuratd Studio reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
Return Approval Required
To maintain the integrity of our service, all returns must be authorised in advance.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Sale items will be refunded as store credit (Doesn't include first order discount)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Kindly allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
For an alternative size or style, we invite you to place a new order while your return is being processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at:
contact@kuratdstudio.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you promptly.
How to Return
Prepare your item(s) in their original packaging including dust bag (For denim orders if any return doesn't come with a dust bag we are unable to refund)
Include returns form (Please email to request this if lost)
Ship using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery
We recommend retaining proof of postage until your return has been completed.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on all orders. Depending on your location, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and/or the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
