We recommend taking your usual size — there is no need to size up for bloating, as the adjustable waistband is designed to comfortably accommodate natural body fluctuations throughout the day.
For US customers, please refer carefully to the size guide before ordering, as sizing differs from standard US denim sizing.

These jeans deserve an award.
I am so incredibly thankful for Kuratd and what this company has created.
Kuratd is a woman-owned and women-run brand founded by Amie, a woman living with endometriosis who used her years in the fashion industry and garment quality control to solve a problem that so many of us silently struggle with: our bodies don’t stay the same size all day.
As someone with endometriosis, I have often dreamed about creating clothing that could accommodate the reality of this disease. I wanted garments that would work with my body instead of punishing it. So when I discovered Kuratd, I was genuinely ecstatic. There is something incredibly powerful about women using their own lived experiences to create solutions for other women, and I love supporting businesses built with that kind of purpose.
Endometriosis comes with relentless pain, and anything that becomes tight around your abdomen can make an already difficult day so much worse. So many women suffer silently with this invisible disease. There is no cure, and treatment options remain limited.
If you have endometriosis, you know “Endo belly” isn’t just a catchy phrase. You can wake up one size and be another by the afternoon because of swelling and inflammation. Traditional denim becomes restrictive, painful, and often leaves you counting the minutes until you can take it off.
Kuratd changed that for me.
The hidden stretch in the waistband expands naturally with your body throughout the day, so instead of fighting your clothes, your clothes work with you. It’s such a simple concept, but it’s executed brilliantly. The construction and quality are exceptional, which isn’t surprising given Amie’s background in fashion and garment quality control. Every detail feels intentional and beautifully made.
What also occured to me is that I don’t think Kuratd jeans are revolutionary only for women with endometriosis—they’re revolutionary for women in general. I now tell all my girlfriends and clients about Kuratd. For women who feel the constant societal pressure to be one size, never fluctuate, and somehow fit an impossible standard every single day, these jeans offer something different: the freedom to know you’ll be comfortable while still looking and feeling your best.
Our bodies fluctuate because of hormones, bloating, meals, stress, pregnancy, postpartum changes, medications, and simply because we’re human. Yet women are constantly surrounded by messages that tell us if our clothes don’t fit exactly the same every day, something is wrong with us, the way your body looks right now should be celebrated, we need more body positivity.
Clothes should adapt to our bodies, not force our bodies to adapt to them.
After wearing my first pair of Kuratd jeans, I went into my closet and donated nearly 20 pairs of denim, including expensive designer brands like Mother that I had barely worn because they always ended with discomfort or made me feel bad about myself. They weren’t serving me—they were a constant reminder of a completely unattainable standard that women are expected to meet.
For the first time in years, I can put on denim in the morning without wondering how long it will be until I need to unbutton them or change into leggings.
That feeling is incredibly freeing.
These jeans gave me something I didn’t expect: a sense of normalcy and confidence that chronic illness had slowly taken away. They let me focus on living my life instead of thinking about my waistband.
It is truly an honor to wear clothing created by women who understand these experiences firsthand and chose to transform them into something that helps other women. Amie didn’t just create beautiful jeans—through Kuratd, she created a product that restores comfort, confidence, dignity, and a little piece of normalcy.
I also have to mention Amie herself. She is not only incredibly talented but genuinely kind. Every interaction with her is thoughtful, warm, and personal. She has built Kuratd into more than a clothing brand—it feels like a community where women support women and where comfort, confidence, and style can coexist. Supporting Kuratd feels like supporting something much bigger than fashion.
My husband jokes that I’m addicted to buying jeans. What he doesn’t realize is that I kept buying them hoping I would finally find a pair that made me feel good instead of reminding me of my illness. I wasn’t collecting denim—I was searching for comfort, confidence, and a version of myself that chronic pain had slowly taken away.
I finally found them.
I will proudly support this woman-owned, women-run business for years to come and will be a customer for life.
Thank you, Amie, for creating Kuratd and for reminding women that they don’t need to change their bodies to fit their clothes.
Their clothes should fit them.

Absolutely love my new jeans! They are gorgeous whilst also being one of the most comfortable items of clothing I have ever worn. I worry so much less about bloating whilst going out now. Will 100% be buying them in blue and hopefully more colours in the future!
I love my newest pair of Kuratd denim. I did not realize how much mental energy went into stressing over what I can and cannot wear during flare ups, so to know I have staples now that can be worn at ANY time brings me so much joy and peace. Dress them up or wear them casual, these have quickly become my favorite pair of denim!
Where do I even start! I LOVE these jeans, I’m so happy they brought out a black pair. I feel so confident, day and night wearing these, easy to dress up and down. They are super comfortable, soft and adjustable to my changing body. The built in period pant is a game changer and you don’t even notice it’s there. I feel so empowered when wearing them.
Been wearing for a couple days now and I love how it’s adjusted to my endo belly, and makes me worry free about leakage. Super flattering too! Feeling super empowered now I have jeans to fit me rather than me fitting the jeans! thanks kuratd team ❤️
